Wednesday's Group

I fell asleep. I apologized. Jody's story Listen to him and tell him where you felt his story. Scott: What is the conflict? Jody: The boy who was able to protect another little boy and now as an adult did not protect his own wife and child because of his acting out. Scott: This entire story is a monument to your masculinity. The word daddy was Josy's longing. He backed that longing sexually. When a survival need is not met and that deprivation is in your body it creates a dissociation that is paired with sex and a guy. Being sexual with another man is when those needs were met. This is not a cognitive thing, it is a feeling. I said, that the most tragic aspect of the story is the fact that he was trapped in that reality because as a child we can not choose. So that night of the shooting, was one night among many other in which all he could do was cope. He was a true hero. It reminded me of the hero's journey.

Isaac's Story

Isaac's Story secluded , separation, sheltered ,  Moved punishment and love from dad hugging mom, one side, but she accepted it family dog, gave affection without asking for it ways to cope with, peanut butter on penis Scott:What do you tell yourself about why this 13 year old boy is worth it of your hatred Isaac: I am judging my past. I am disappointed with him.. It has isolated me. Scott: How? Isaac: I think the shame has isolated me. Why the contempt for the little boy? How much did he understand about his penis? Isaac: Not very much.  Scott: You were very unprotected. Did your father protect you for that phase of your body? When you are desperate your ability to choose is compromised. It comes from as story of deprivation  and desperation
